By booking a reservation with EZ-Checkin.com you agree to all the rules and regulations listed below.
- Guest must register with ID at the security gate to access the building.
- Only one assigned parking.
- All kinds of Noise in Hallways and elevators are Prohibited.
- Excessive noise or being disruptive affecting residents or guests are prohibited.
- It is forbidden to hang items on the balcony railings. Towels, clothes, etc.
- No BBQ grills are permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rental property, hallways, or elevators, nor consume or introduce any type of Narcotic, Paraphernalia, or any illegal substance into the building.
- Trash needs to be disposed of in the assigned area, not outside the front door.
- It is Forbidden to detonate fireworks on or around the development.
- Drones are prohibited on or around the development.
- Inappropriate behavior for example nudity, obscene language, abusive treatment, fights, and threats of physical violence can be a reason to terminate a reservation.
- No Pets are allowed*. If introduced without permission, a penalty of $100 per pet will apply and will be asked to be removed or can be a reason to terminate the reservation. *Las Olas is a dog friendly property. Limit 1 dog per property. There is a $50 fee for small dogs up to 20lbs and $100 for medium dogs up to 40lbs.
- Pool and jacuzzi hours 10 am-10 pm
- Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed in Jacuzzis at any time.
- No lifeguards, swimming is at your own risk.
- An adult must supervise children at all times.
- Proper swimwear is required.
- No glass objects are permitted in pools, hallways, and elevators.
- No loud music is permitted at amenities.
- All individuals who leave the pool or jacuzzis to enter the building must refrain from running water into the building. (If breaking the rule fines will apply.)
- Check-out is at 11 am any late check-out without notifying the host, can have a penalty of $100.00 dollars.
- Extra Guest fee, if not reported and introduced without advising there will be a fine at the cost of the nightly rate per person per night.
- Upon check-out inspections if any linen, comforters, towels, appliances, or furniture are damaged or stained for example (blood, vomit, wine, etc..) There will be a charge for damages.
- In case of any damages the person responsible will pay any damages.
- In case of any infraction stated here there will be a $100.00 dollar penalty. In case of the intervention of the police, the fine will be $250.00 dollars fine.
