This 2 floors, 4 bedroom, and 3 bathroom penthouse offers 3,122 sft of living space. The perfect combination of luxury and convenience, making it the ultimate retreat for beach lovers and vacationers alike.

• Comfortable king-size bed.

– 1st Guest Bedroom:
• Comfortable king-size bed.

-2nd Guest Bedroom:
• Comfortable 2 full-size bed.

– 3rd Guest Bedroom:
• For additional sleeping space there is an Office Room provided with a comfortable Murphy bed.

– Living Room:
• Be greeted by a spacious and bright living area, featuring large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
• Expansive windows frame panoramic ocean views.
• A private balcony invites you to savor morning coffees and evening cocktails, immersed in the ocean breeze.

– Kitchen & Dining:
• Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for your culinary needs, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Everything you need to create delightful meals and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
• A kitchenette will be in the second floor also equipped with all the necessary items to cook your meals.

– Dining Space:
• An ample kitchen island.
• A dining table for six.
• On the second floor: A dining table for 5.
• Outdoor dining space in private terrace.

This beachfront penthouse includes all the amenities you need to feel at home, including high-speed internet access. The living area beckons with panoramic ocean views, and the kitchen promises culinary delights. Despite the absence of A/C and heating, a provided space heater ensures a snug stay. Our penthouse offers everything you need for the ultimate Oceanfront Vacation.

Guest access
As guests, you’ll have exclusive access to the indoor amenities of the Penthouse, including the pool table, air hockey and the private terrace. Additionally, you’re welcome to explore the beach with direct access, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the soothing sound of waves.

Other things to note
– We offer everything for a complete getaway.

• The Penthouse is equipped with:
Shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. All you need is to bring your items and enjoy your vacation.

• Climate Control:
Please note that our facilities do not include A/C or heating. However, we provide a space heater and ceiling fans for your comfort.

• Extra Guest Fee:
When making a booking, please ensure that you select the accurate number of guests who will be staying in the home. The price is initially set for 4 guests. However, after the 4th guest, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night will be applied.
